This praiseworthy project called S.K.I.L.L.S. for TOMORROW (Sustainable Knowledge in Innovative Learning Strategies) It really is Excellent practice in education. It is our great desire to show other schools and students that all the incredible opportunities for education, progress and adoption of modern skills exist today through European programs.
The project is the second consecutive of a total of three approved by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmesand its total value is 55.369,00 eura. It is carried out by December 2025 to February 2027.
What has been done and what is the purpose of the project?
The main goal is to provide students with better and more contemporary learning opportunities, bring them closer to the real world of work and empower teachers for innovative, interdisciplinary and sustainable teaching.
- Practice for students:students of catering courses were taught in real working environments in Linz and Eferding (Austria)There they developed professional, linguistic, communication and digital skills and learned about contemporary work with an emphasis on sustainability, local/seasonal food and Zero Waste access.
- Job-shadowing for teachers:teachers through visits to vocational schools in Sweden, Austria and Italy exchange experiences with colleagues and develop ideas for interdisciplinary activities in teaching.
- Sustainable results:the acquired knowledge is transferred to the day-to-day work of the school through the launch of the school “Green Bar” and new projects that connect different areas of expertise.
