The Youth Council of the City of Pula-Pola organizes on Thursday, September 17, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. in Circol, Carrarina street 1, a public panel “Caring and Youth Information”, which will be hosted by Drago Jukić, sociologist and one of the authors of the project Croatia.
The panel is intended for young people who are faced with questions in their daily lives that they often do not know where to look for the answer from law and various administrative procedures to questions about who to turn to when they need information, help or clarification.
Drago Jukić Project Croatia The platform is led together with Matea Martić, Master of Laws, who participates in the verification of factual accuracy of content before their publication.
The panel, without legal jargon and complicated explanations, will discuss how to identify which institution is responsible for a particular problem, where to seek information about its rights and how to manage when different sources offer different answers. Particular attention will also be paid to managing the large amount of information available online and distinguishing reliable information from incorrect or outdated.
The emphasis of the panel will not be on providing ready-made answers for individual cases, but on giving participants guidance on where to look for information, who to turn to and which path to take in solving a specific issue.
A part of the panel will be dedicated to the role of Youth Council of the City of Pula-Pola. Members of the Council will present what they do, how they represent the interests of young people and how young people can turn to them and engage in their work.
At the end of the presentation, questions from the audience and a conversation with the guest are provided.
Young people, as well as all other interested citizens, are invited to join the public debate, ask questions and learn more about where and how to find reliable information and who they can contact when they need help or guidance.
